Cook cauliflower florets with a small amount of water and minced onions in a covered pot until tender. Then puree the mixture while it is still hot with vegetable bouillon or chicken bouillon. Add pepper to taste. Doing this will give you a great low carb side dish for dinner.

This practice has been made popular today using the term “Intermittent Fasting.” For best results try and stop consuming calories about 3 or more hours before bed. When you eat food just before bed it has a much greater opportunity to be stored as fat than when consumed earlier in the day. Try reading a good book instead of eating.
